Favorite thing about working at Union Kitchen: I like checking the shelves to make sure there are no expired products. It’s for the good of the customers.
Favorite Union Kitchen product and why: I like Poppy's Stuffed Bagels, specifically the jalapeño cheddar one. How to enjoy: Toast bagel on Heat 1, scorch your tongue with molten cream cheese eruption, and repeat daily.
How do you like to spend your free time? I enjoy reading and going out to eat.
What's one thing most people don't know about you? I have a pet snail named Lil Bean. I sometimes struggle to keep him alive because I often forget that he exists (he’s nocturnal).
What's one thing on your bucket list? I’d like to start a YouTube channel one day, hopefully sooner than later. I think I could envision myself talking about food and food science in some capacity. It would be an added bonus to get paid to do so.
