Union Kitchen turned out to be the perfect fit for Augustin’s venture, thanks to its unique USDA-approved meat production room—the only one of its kind in North America within a Shared Manufacturing Facility. This specialized space gave Augustin everything he needed to perfect his sausages, ensuring top-notch safety and flavor. With access to this one-of-a-kind facility, he was able to create sausages that combine traditional French flavors with a modern touch.
Additionally, Union Kitchen's Accelerator was instrumental in helping Augustin launch his craft sausages faster than the average CPG brand out there.
