To make it happen, he teamed up with the Union Kitchen accelerator program, which gave him the support and space he needed to bring his idea to life.
Union Kitchen turned out to be the perfect fit for Augustin’s venture, thanks to its unique USDA-approved meat production room—the only one of its kind in North America within a Shared Manufacturing Facility. This specialized space gave Augustin everything he needed to perfect his sausages, ensuring top-notch safety and flavor. With access to this one-of-a-kind facility, he was able to create sausages that combine traditional French flavors with a modern touch.
Additionally, Union Kitchen's Accelerator was instrumental in helping Augustin launch his craft sausages faster than the average CPG brand out there. A key advantage was Union Kitchen’s focus on clients who own their own manufacturing processes. This setup provided Augustin with dedicated, high-quality production space while maintaining control over the process.
