Happy Soup Season From Chef Eron!

Union Kitchen Accelerator Member, Chef Eron Picus, is now in the soup business! Eron is hustling to make things people want. He worked hard with our Accelerator team to launch, Cured and Crisp, a line of delicious bacon. He has since expanded his product line to include sausage patties, tomato sauces, and now soups! As we enter into Soup Season (also known as Fall), grab Eron's delicious creations at Union Kitchen stores. 

Eron has been a chef for over 30 years, so when it comes to making delicious food it's safe to say he's an expert. After spending years running his own catering business, people started to ask him where they could get his bacon; it was a hit! People were craving his flavors and it was then he knew he has something special. Eron saw this as the answer to a question he had been asking for a while - how do I stay in food while pivoting away from the hustle of the catering world? The answer was CPG! 

Eron joined the Union Kitchen Accelerator and worked with our team to develop mission, strategy, and product formulation. He became a manufacturing expert by producing in our shared kitchen and uses this knowledge to improve his products and test new ideas. Cured and Crisp grew to also include Safta's, a line of tomato sauces and now soups inspired by his Safta's recipes. Nothing quite beats the nostalgia of a family recipe and it's Eron's mission to bring this feeling to as many customers as possible! Including flavors like tomato, lentil, potato leek, and onion, you are sure to fall in love with Chef Eron and his soups.
