Born out of a desire to bring Turkish-inspired foods to the public, et Oliva launched last October with a line of delicious tapenades and spreads. Since the brand’s initial success, Patrick Karsu, the founder of et Oliva, has been working hard to bring more to his customers. His most recent product? A line of lavosh crackers that pair perfectly with his tapenade, spread, and jam.
Et Oliva launched their lavosh crackers, a thin and crunchy flatbread, with two flavors: Koroneiki Olive Oil & Sea Salt and Za’atar & Sumac. Because et Oliva’s spreads and tapenades are not something consumers purchase daily (although they should!), Patrick quickly realized the importance of launching a faster-moving product that would pair perfectly with his delicious line of spreads. And thus, the lavosh crackers were born. The crackers are perfect for any occasion from hosting a dinner with loved ones and friends to a delicious, light snack to grab on the go for just one. The expansion of Et Oliva’s product offerings marks one of the brand's biggest strengths- making things people want.
Patrick’s main goal this year is to expand et Oliva into more stores across the country. He also hopes to add a line of olives and pickled peppers. His vision of et Oliva is to offer a selection of thoughtfully made products that can stand alone or be flexibly paired with other products.
In the meantime, you can keep up with et Olivia on their website and purchase their products in any of our Union Kitchen stores.
