Washington, D.C. - Cullen Gilchrist, CEO and founder of Union Kitchen, has been named as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Cornell University. In this role, Gilchrist will provide mentorship and support to the university's entrepreneurial community, sharing his expertise and experience in building and scaling successful food businesses.
Gilchrist is a seasoned entrepreneur with a track record of success in the food and beverage industry. Under his leadership, Union Kitchen has become the premier food accelerator in the Washington, D.C. region, providing resources from launch to scale to local food manufacturers.
