After initially launching as Sip City in early 2018, they have recently rebranded as Sunomi. Featuring the same apple cider vinegar sparkling drinks their customers know and love, the new product features vibrant cans with flavors like Lemon, Orange, and Turmeric!
Sunomi started after founder Nikki experienced years of gut issues and started creating her own homemade concoctions to address her problems. After experimenting in the kitchen, she discovered switchel, an apple cider vinegar and ginger-based drink. She fell in love with the taste, the simple ingredients, and all the ways she could use it in her life.
Since then, she’s gained traction in DC and received positive responses from customers. The newest iteration of her product includes bright colors and fun flavors, all in ready-to-drink cans! Keep an eye out for them at Union Kitchen Grocery and other stores around Washington, DC.
